Terms of Service

§ 1. General provisions

1. These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website available at https://useviaz.com, as well as the types and conditions of the electronic provision of services, in accordance with Art. 8 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services.
2. The Service Provider and operator of the Website is M3M, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Wolska 88, 01-141 Warsaw, Tax ID (NIP): 837-164-19-50 (hereinafter: the “Service Provider”).
3. Contact with the Service Provider: privacy@useviaz.com.
4. Using the Website is tantamount to acceptance of these Terms of Service.

§ 2. Definitions

• Website: the website available at https://useviaz.com together with its subpages;
• User: any person using the Website;
• Services: services provided electronically by the Service Provider through the Website, described in § 3;
• Viaz Platform: the Viaz software (a data security and AI platform) to which the content presented on the Website relates; the rules for using the Viaz Platform are set out in a separate agreement concluded with the client and are not covered by these Terms of Service.

§ 3. Types and scope of services

1. Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the following Services free of charge:
   • making available informational content about the Viaz Platform and the Service Provider’s activities;
   • a contact form allowing an inquiry to be sent, including scheduling a presentation (demo) of the Viaz Platform.
2. The Website is informational in nature. The content presented on the Website, including descriptions of functionality, numerical data from sample deployments and pricing information, does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract (Art. 71 of the Civil Code).

§ 4. Technical requirements

To use the Website you need: a device with Internet access, a current version of a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled, and — to use the contact form — also an active email address.

§ 5. Conclusion and termination of the service agreement

1. The agreement for the Service of making the Website content available is concluded when the User enters the Website and terminated when they leave it.
2. The agreement for the contact form Service is concluded when the form is submitted and terminated when the Service Provider provides a response or the correspondence ends.
3. The User may stop using the Website at any time without incurring any costs.

§ 6. Rules of use of the Website

1. The User is obliged to use the Website in accordance with the law, good practice and these Terms of Service.
2. The User is prohibited from providing unlawful content, in particular via the contact form, as well as from taking actions that may disrupt the operation of the Website, including interfering with its content or technical elements.

§ 7. Intellectual property

1. All content posted on the Website, including texts, graphics, logos, interface elements and materials presenting the Viaz Platform, is subject to the rights of the Service Provider or its partners and is protected by law.
2. Use of the Website content is permitted solely for personal use. Any other use of the content requires the prior consent of the Service Provider.

§ 8. Liability

1. The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the Website content up to date and reliable; however, it is purely informational and illustrative in nature. The numerical data presented on the Website, coming from sample deployments, is illustrative.
2. The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Website resulting from technical reasons, maintenance work or reasons beyond the Service Provider’s control, nor for the consequences of using the Website in a manner contrary to these Terms of Service.
3. The provisions of this section do not exclude or limit the Service Provider’s liability to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is impermissible under mandatory provisions of law.

§ 9. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding the operation of the Website or the Services may be submitted to privacy@useviaz.com.
2. A complaint should include a description of the problem and contact details enabling a response.
3. The Service Provider reviews complaints within 14 days of receipt and responds to the address indicated by the person submitting the complaint.

§ 10. Personal data

The rules for processing Users’ personal data and using cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy available on the Website.

§ 11. Final provisions

1. The Service Provider may amend these Terms of Service for important reasons, in particular in the event of changes to the law or the scope of the Services provided. The amended Terms of Service take effect upon publication on the Website.
2. In matters not governed by these Terms of Service, Polish law applies, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services and the GDPR.
3. These Terms of Service enter into force on 15 July 2026.
